We also collect facility information, compliance records, training logs, drill records, resident evacuation profiles, and documents you enter into the platform. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and is not stored on App Z servers.

We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the App Z compliance platform
- Generate AI-assisted emergency preparedness documents
- Send compliance reminders and account notifications
- Process subscription payments
- Improve the platform and troubleshoot issues
3. Resident Data
App Z may store limited resident information (such as names, room numbers, mobility status, and evacuation assistance notes) that you enter into the Resident Evacuation Roster. This information is used solely to support emergency preparedness planning at your facility. We do not sell, share, or use resident data for any purpose other than the operation of the platform for your facility. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this feature complies with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to your facility data is restricted to authorized users on your account. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform (such as cloud infrastructure and payment processors), under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. AI-Generated Content
App Z uses artificial intelligence to assist in drafting emergency preparedness documents. Content you submit as prompts (facility details, staffing information, etc.) may be processed by AI services. AI-generated documents are not legal advice and must be reviewed by a qualified Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) before use.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal or audit purposes.
